Writing your Will
Our aim is to take your instructions and provide a simple, concise, easy-to-understand document that is a true reflection of your wishes.
We are all unique and have different circumstances and aims. We visit many clients at home, which is comfortable, private, stress free and saves you travel, child care and if you are working from home or have time off work. Here, we take time to listen to you, your circumstances, worries and wishes.
Our visits and advice are totally free and without obligation. By conducting a short and relaxed fact-find about you, we clarify your aims and major areas of concern. We then explain in a jargon-free way how we can help and we take down your Will details. Many clients, having put off Will making for many years, comment on how quick and easy we make the procedure and what a positive experience it is.
We answer any questions and in most clear cut cases we will arrange for your draft Will(s) to be emailed for your approval then posted to you directly or hand delivered with signing instructions.
Taking the time to listen to your needs
In some cases, if you have any areas of concern, have more complex needs, are elderly or want to discuss matters with your family for example, we will happily speak to you again to explore your options more fully. Our advice is backed up in writing and there is never any pressure to take our advice or purchase any products.
We take time to listen to your concerns and questions. Rather then being reactive we like to be proactive and explore additional protection and future proof your estate planning as much as possible.
If required we can also offer you additional personalised recommendations and guidance to suit your needs, for example Trusts, Powers of Attorney for Health & Welfare or Property and Finance.
We can also explore if there are any pressing needs for advice within your immediate family. We like to provide a rounded service to ensure there are no nasty surprises down the line.
Sometimes people in care or hospital want to make a Will and we are of course happy to visit at short notice and work closely and efficiently with them.
