Your protection is our primary aim and we want to ensure that estate planning is affordable for all. We are flexible with payment arrangements and can accept stage payments where requested.

Our free no-obligation holistic consultations explore your financial circumstances and we always include guidance relating to your family situation and estate. This can include advice on supporting documents such as Letters of Wishes, Powers of Attorney, Guardianship and Trusts, where appropriate.

All Lasting Powers of Attorney are subject to the Office of the Public Guardian's Registration Fee which is currently £82 per application. You may be eligible for a fee remission/exemption depending on your financial circumstances.
